WOW !! This morning when I opened the package from Alan I was blown away by the attention to detail...& I was only seeing the custom hat box the hat came in ! Revealing the beautiful fur felt fedora carefully packed inside was a true pleasure !! The fit & finish is 2nd to none in my opinion. Alan made the process easy & kept me informed with plenty of pics along the way. I feel fortunate to have hat # 10 in my modest collection & will wear it proudly !! * wishing King's Umbrella Hat Company best of luck in the future !! Even though the purchase was already made Allen insisted on replacing the liner as he was unhappy with the current set up. “I love this hat! Mr. Alan made the process very easy and simple. Great communication and progress photos. I'm impressed with the quality of materials and craftsmanship that went into this project. I think the frayed bow was a first for him and for me too. He nailed it. The fit and comfort is perfect. The goat skin sweatband is buttery soft and wears so easy. I have quite a few vintage hats from Stetson and others and this one will be getting the lion's share of head time. I'm glad I jumped on board when I did. “Beautiul hat with very soft, malleable felt that is easily shaped to preference. The handmade shipping box was totally unexpected. Made of wood and fabric with three latches around the perimeter to hold the top on and the hat in. I can't say enough about the quality of construction on the hat.
